PROCESSING TIME

WoofWoofWood sells handmade high-quality wooden products and we ship out orders normally in next 3-5 business days.

SHIPPING TIME

Europe: approximately 3 – 10 business days

USA, Canada : approximately 7-14 business days

Other Countries : approximately 12-25 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs is different per each order (it is calculated by shipping weight). When you will make an order and add your shipping destination, you will see, how much is shipping to your country.

PAYMENT

We accept payments via PayPal and bank transfers.

We also accept payments via debit or credit card*.

*You can checkout without a Paypal account. Here’s how this easier checkout works:

You enter your name and shipping address. You are prompted for your credit card, email address, and phone number. (Click on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges, please contact with us 14 days of delivery.  Please contact us immediately, if you are not satisfied with your product and we will find a way to set things right whether through an exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns.
